Governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to establish new governance to ensure their safety and well-being.

For too long, the Chinese people have been oppressed and enslaved by the authoritarian regime of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)—a regime that tramples human rights, destroys dignity, and rules through fear, lies, violence, and censorship. Today, we solemnly declare: we will no longer live in submission. With peace, reason, and unshakable resolve, we seek a new future—for freedom, for justice, for humanity.

The Crimes of the Chinese Communist Party

Let the following facts be submitted to a candid world as evidence of its tyranny:

1. Suppression of Fundamental FreedomsIt has abolished freedom of speech, press, religion, and assembly. Through censorship, surveillance, and violence, it silences all dissent, crushes civil society, imprisons truth-tellers, and bans independent media.
2. Persecution of Conscience and FaithThousands of rights lawyers, dissidents, and religious believers are jailed, tortured, and forced to confess. Falun Gong practitioners, Christians, Muslims, Tibetans, and Uyghurs face systematic persecution and “re-education.”
3. Human Rights Atrocities and GenocideThe CCP has committed cultural genocide against Uyghurs, detained over a million in camps, imposed forced labor, separated families, and destroyed ethnic identity. It violently suppresses Hongkongers, Tibetans, and other minorities.

9. Betrayal and Tyranny in Hong KongViolating international promises, the CCP crushed Hong Kong’s autonomy and freedoms through the National Security Law, jailing dissenters and ending democracy.
10. Exporting Tyranny and Threatening Global PeaceThe CCP exports authoritarianism, manipulates foreign media, bribes institutions, and uses economic coercion and surveillance technology to threaten global freedom.
